Taking Back our Authority, Part 2

We tend to think of Yeshua’s suffering and his blood in terms of forgiveness of our sins, because he shed his innocent and holy blood to atone for us. This is absolutely true.  But that is just the beginning. We also know that it justified us, sanctified us, cleansed us and so many other things spiritually. Ultimately it puts us in right standing before the Almighty God, so we can be in direct fellowship with him in everlasting life.

That is beyond comprehension, and I am so grateful for that. And… there’s even more – much more.

13 Ways to Shut the Door on the Enemy

One day after I had sold my house, I was cleaning it. I was in the living room and I heard the Lord tell me to hurry. I wondered about that and asked if I should not be doing this right now. He said, “Yes, just hurry.” So I went ahead.

Suddenly a man walked in my front door and started talking to me. I realized I had left the door open.

The Blessing of the 10 Commandments: A Case in Point

Image271In an earlier post, we reviewed the lifestyle of following the 10 Commandments and the blessings it produces based on Deuteronomy 26:16-19.  But God’s blessings go beyond human logic.  It’s not only that if you do this, then that will happen. While that is certainly true in the natural realm, when we pursue God’s commands, the spiritual results are compounded beyond what we can imagine. (more…)
